Remember to Sweet Summer Bath Salts is our summer recipe for all of your relaxing bath needs! Pleasantly citrus in aroma, this combination of salts and oils will help pull toxins from your body while adding essential nutrients back in. 

Ingredients: 

Epsom Salt helps to relieve stress and tension, as well as pain, muscle soreness, and inflammation. It exfoliates, detoxifies, and rehydrates the skin. It is also rich in magnesium, an essential nutrient. 

Dead Sea Salt boasts all of the same benefits as epsom salt, but on overdrive. Harvested from the Dead Sea in Israel, this unique salt is made up of 20 different minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, sulfur, bromide, iodine, sodium, and zinc, among others.

Magnesium Hydroxide is anti-inflammatory, relieves tension in the body, aids sleep, blood pressure, and blood sugar regulation, and helps balance hormones and skin. 

Citrus Blend Essential Oil is anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-fungal, and it smells lovely. 

Lavender Essential Oil is calming and soothing, promotes sleep, aids in healing, relieves pain  and skin conditions, and it also smells lovely.
